Real-World Experience
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw how slow Fortnite ran with Nanite. My frame rate went from a silky-smooth 120 FPS to a choppy 20 FPS. It was like trying to play with virtual molasses. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for pretty graphics, but if it comes at the cost of playability, then it’s not worth it.
Everyday Use
I had been waiting to try Nanite in Fortnite for weeks. I heard rave reviews about how it would make the game look more realistic and immersive. But when I finally got to play with it, I was extremely disappointed. The visuals were indeed stunning, but my gameplay suffered significantly. I couldn’t enjoy the game with my friends because my frame rate was so low.
User Concerns
I’m not the only one who experienced issues with Nanite. Several players have complained about the performance issues. It seems that Epic Games is aware of the problem and they’re working on a fix. In the meantime, I’ll stick to playing Fortnite without Nanite. I’d rather have a smooth and playable game than a pretty one.
