It is also useful for topping off health after completing quests or returning to camp. Nourishing Extract can be stacked up to 5 times, providing a significant boost to the player’s survivability.

Nourishing Extract can be crafted using different combinations of herbs and honey. For optimal crafting efficiency, it is recommended to use Herbs of equal rarity. For example, using 10 Herbs of Acuity will yield 10 Nourishing Extracts. Alternatively, players can mix herbs of different rarities, but this may result in a lower yield of Nourishing Extracts.
